Transformation of an old abandoned art deco factory from the 1930’s into the art center it is today. A work of rehabilitation carried out by the architects Ramón Esteve, Annabelle Selldorf and Eduardo de Miguel, narrated by Rafael Ferriols, technical architect of the project.
